Rosa's Cafe

Rosa's Cafe is a Mexican food restaurant chain with beginnings in West Texas. Rosa's has now expanded to 30 locations across the state, including restaurants in Fort Worth, College Station and Killeen. There is even a restaurant in Temecula, California. The restaurants are popular and are well-known in their vicinities for their "Taco Tuesday" promotions,[1][2] and have increased locations even during the current economic recession.[3]

The first Rosa's Cafe opened in San Angelo, Texas in 1983. Rosa's Cafe was purchased by the Bobby Cox Companies[4] in 1995. The Bobby Cox Companies also owns the restaurant chains Taco Villa and Texas Burger,[5] as well as several non-restaurant ventures.[6]
